SAMS Odisha Plus 3 Second Provisional Seat Allotment: Required Documents for Admission Process

• Three passport sized colour photographs
• School/ college leaving certificate issued by the last attended Institute
• Migration certificate (if any)
• 10th Board certificate for date of birth verification
• Mark sheet of the higher secondary exam
• Reservation certificate (if any)

Note, that the certificates downloaded from the Digi-locked will also be accepted during the admission process.

• Candidates who will be offered a seat after the second round, the authority will produce the Intimation Letter, before admission committee at the Destination HEI 
• During the document verification process at Destination HEI, the candidates should produce the original documents. No original documents will be deposited with the college authority
• Candidates should any of float/ freeze/ slide option as per their preferences
• Pay the required admission fees

SAMS Odisha +3 Second Provisional List: Admission Fees

The admission fees of UG courses for completing the process will be collected in online mode, through the SAMS portal, during the e-admission period. Candidates should make the payment by the mentioned timeline by the Department of Higher Education. Apart from that, the candidates can pay the fees through UPI. If the candidates pay the fees before that last date, then their selection will be cancelled automatically.

From this Academic session, the candidates who obtained the sports certificates at the schools levels (class 10 or below), will not be eligible for getting any additional weightage marks for admission to UG courses. However, if the candidates have Sports certificate at the HS (+2) level, then they will get a weightage mark for admission to UG courses.

From this academic session 2024-25, the temporary and permanent PwD candidates (40% and above) will be eligible for availing the reservation benefits in admission. Note, that the seat allotment for the PwD candidates for each subject would not be more than 10% of the intake capacity.

The minority candidates who are planning to take admission to Christ Degree College, Cuttack against the 25% reserved seat, should submit an additional CAF copy in offline mode at the HEI destination. Mote, that while filling up the CAF, should provide their Aadhaar Number and APAAR ID in the respective field.
