Final year mechanical engineering students of SB Jain college of engineering and Management created a bike with reverse gear for physically challenged people.

In our country alone, population of handicapped people is 21 million.
Mechanical Engineering students came up with this idea to help the handicapped people in transportation. Some of the students last year saw the face of this type of problem. According to some, most people need help with the bike to take out helping anyone noticed that the cost of the bike is very high and other out there a reverse gear 'Bike of the ongoing research.
Members of the Research were Vivek Singh, Nitin Bhotamange, Praveen Telarandhe, including Palash Deulakara, Praful Pathak, Vinay Busare, Nilesh Gokhale.
The cost of this kind of reverse gear in bike is around Rs 8 lakh to attach gear, currently students have expressed the feeling that there is more room to improvement.
The principal of the study, Dr S.L. Badjate, Sanjeev Agarwal, CEO, Prof. N. A. Baitule, Prof. V. M. Supale others guided the students.
