Latest Updates on Kerala School Holiday on 3 August 2024
- IMD has issued a Yellow Alert over the entire state till August 5 with extreme conditions in some districts and some with expected moderate rain and winds.
- Districts Kasaragod, Kannur, Wayand, Kozhikode, Palakkad, Thrissur and Malappuram are most likely to declare a Kerala school holiday on 3 August 2024.
- Although other districts of the state may experience heavy rain, it is not at risk.

Latest Updates on Delhi School Holiday on 3 August 2024
- Delhi has been declared under Red Alert for widespread heavy rainfall and strong winds in all four areas of Delhi (North, South, East, and West).
- Waterlogging has been reported in parts of South Delhi, ITO, RK Puram, Janpath, Parliament Street, Karol Bagh, Nauroji Nagar, Pant Marg, and Mayur Vihar. The Government has issued caution to the public and announced to take measures for coaching centres and schools.
- Schools were not declared as closed on August 2, and if the weather does not improve and water logging is not cleared, the Delhi School Holiday on 3 August 2024 is most likely to be announced.
- However, since August 2 was not declared as a holiday, the school holiday for 3 August is unpredictable.
Latest Updates on Uttarakhand School Holiday on 3 August 2024
- IMD has issued isolated very heavy rainfall over Uttarakhand till 3 August. Schools have been declared as a holiday till August 2.
- With the weather continuing to be the same, it is most likely that the Uttarakhand School Holiday on 3 August 2024 will be announced.
- Apart from rain, schools affected by the Kanwar Yatra will also remain closed on 3 August in some areas of Uttarakhand.
Latest Updates on Karnataka School Holiday on 3 August 2024
- Parts of Karnataka are experiencing rain, and some parts are not. Schools on August 2 were open except for Dakshina Kannada district.
- As per IMD, Shimoga, Uttar Kannada, and Udupi under orange alert.
- Since the schools were open on August 2, the Karnataka School Holiday on 3 August 2024 is most likely not to be declared except for the Dakshina Kannada district.
