Selection & Counselling Process for BA LLB Course at Calcutta University

Calcutta University conducts entrance examination for the admission to BA LLB course. The candidates can check the detailed selection and counselling process here.

Selection Process: -

• The selection of the candidates will be made based on the marks they score in the entrance examination.
• After the declaration of results of the entrance exam, a separate merit list will be published on the official website.
• The merit list will contain the details of the candidate, roll number and the college in which he/she has been allotted seat.
• The allotment of college will be done as per candidate’s preference while filling online application form for the entrance examination.
• If the seats are filled in the college that the candidate has opted for, the secondary option will be taken into consideration.

Counselling Process: -

• The candidates will have two to three days time to report in the college in which he/she has been allotted seat.
• The candidates need to report to college and pay the course fee.
• The candidates need to carry all the relevant documents and get them verified during the time of reporting.
