485 students from Shivaji University bag jobs at a Job Expo

Students of Shivaji University, Kolhapur have much reason to celebrate as about 485 students have got jobs in a Job Expo organised in Kolhapur.

The University received an overwhelming response at the Job Expo. About 7000 university students aprticipated at the Job Expo and interviews were conducted for about 1900 seats in total.

The magnanimity fo the event can be gauged from the fact that 60 MNC's, global & famous companies participated in the Expo. A detailed interview was conducted by the companies.

For those students who missed out on the face-to-face interview process, a separate online interview was conducted. "In the first phase, 485 students qualified for the job placement", said officer Dr LG at the event.

M. A. Bhanarakara said. The second phase will be announced soon. More than 500 students received job this job expo and were full of alacrity.
