Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research (SICSR) Pune has issued an official notification for the admission to MBA in Information Technology for the academic session 2019-21. SNAP score is mandatory for seeking admission to MBA (IT) course offered by SCISR Pune. The detailed notification for the admission to MBA (IT) programme is elaborated below.
Objectives of MBA Course Offered by SICSR: -
- The two-year MBA IT course focuses on imparting training in the latest technologies to students.
- The programme enables the students to get exposure to best business practices in the IT industry.
- Building leadership qualities and management skills in students is one of the major objectives of the programme.
Eligibility for the Admission to MBA IT Course at SICSR: -
- UG degree in any discipline from any recognised university is the major criterion to be eligible for seeking admission to MBA IT course.
- 50% of marks (45% for SC/ST) in UG degree is mandatory for the candidates to seek admission.
- Qualifying in SNAP exam is mandatory to be eligible for seeking admission to MBA IT programme.
Application Procedure for MBA IT Course at SICSR: -
- Firstly, interested and eligible students must register for SNAP examination through the official website. Check detailed SNAP 2018 exam pattern here for your reference.
- While filling the online application for SNAP, the candidates must select Symbiosis Institute of Computer Science and Research.
- Fill all the necessary details and proceed to registration fee payment.
- The registration fee for SNAP is Rs. 1750. The registration fee for the selection of institute and course is Rs. 1,000.

SICSR Selection Process for the Admission to MBA IT Course: -
- SICSR offers 90 seats in MBA IT course.
- Performance of the candidates in SNAP score is the basic criterion for shortlisting the candidates for the subsequent rounds of selection process.
- Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview will be conducted for the final selection.
