GEPI process for MBA & MBA (I&E) phase 1 will start from February 5 to 9, 2025, and phase 2 process will begin from February 12 to 16, 2025. Group Exercise and Personal Interaction or also known as GEPI is a personality assessment test aimed at determining a candidate’s judgment on some aspects of a good manager or a good business leader. GE is like group discussion where candidates are in groups of 8-10 and made to solve a case in 20 minutes. Cases are based on Marketing, Human Resource, Finance, and Operations.

The PI round is a face to face interaction with a panel consisting of academics, teachers and industry experts. It means they interview candidates, asking about their knowledge, career dreams, communication skills and temperament.
GE round consists of 10 marks and PI round entails 40 marks and combined with your SNAP score of 50 (scaled down), you will get your marks out of 100. After the GEPI process, the first merit list and first waitlist will be released on the official website. It’s this merit list which will decide your final admission to various Symbiosis management institutions.
