A P.hd. scholar Mrs. Sonal Kanthaliya got her Ph.D. degree under the well-experienced guidance of Prof. Rekha Tiwari at Janardan Rai Nagar, Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur. Her topic was ‘A study of English Teaching Methods used at the Primary level in the government school with special reference to Girva Tehsil-Udaipur (Rajasthan)’.
She completed her research work by interviewing English teachers of government schools and also the students. She also suggested better innovative ways to improve the pedagogy. She also contributed his research to the development of English department at the time of Ex-Student council meeting, which was held at Manikya Lal Verma College, Udaipur last week. A meet was organized by the ex-student council of JRNU-Udaipur, where Prof. Mukta Sharma, department head (English) told that English department is known not only in college but also in the city and the credits go to the students who have achieved a lot.
Council’s secretary Dr. Pradeep Paneri assured about every possible guidance to the students whereas Prof. Hemendra Chandler said that there has been an emphasis on vocational training.
On this achievement, Mrs. Sonal Kanthaliya added that ” My topic is a teaching method of English in government schools, and we can improve these techniques of teaching with minimum effort, this was a great experience for me that I completed my P.hd Under the guidance of Prof. Rekha Tiwari.”
