S. Rajesh, final year M.Tech student won best research award in a National Conference which was held in JNTU, Hyderabad. The theme of the National conference was “Recent Trends in Mechanical Engineering”. S. Rajesh presented his paper on “Material Selection” and “Fablication of Composite Rocket Solid Material”. Around 170 papers were presented by the students of various colleges. S.Rajesh won best paper award for his research paper.
On this occasion, the college management conducted a press meet to congratulate S.Rajesh. HOD of Mechanical engineering Department, Dr. M. Rama Krishna said, “S. Rajesh has won best paper award for the third time consecutively. He has won two best paper awards for his research papers previously. This is his third achievement. He presented his paper on “Material Selection”. He has done a lot of research regarding this theme and collected information, interviewed various scholars. The department has supported him in all the aspects”.
S. Rajesh said, “Material selection plays a very crucial role in the manufacture process of various mechanical goods. It is apt to know which material is good conductor of electricity and which is not”. He thanked the management and faculty of mechanical engineering department for their support.
