Students appearing at NEET (National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test), can also appear in NEET’s second level exam. On last Monday, the Supreme Court ruled in this regard. A bench headed by Justice AR Dave said, "Students who join NEET, can be involved in the second stage examination of NEET too."
Before that the court said on Friday that the NEET examination will continue and private medical colleges shall not discharge from this examination. The court was cleared that private colleges and deemed universities for 2016-17 will not get permission at all for conducting own medical and dental undergraduate admissions tests.
After the first orders of the courts, many private medical college’s lawyers were protesting a lot against this order. On the basis of court’s order, all lawyers said that is against constitutional rights of these institutions and their clients, it is a violation of constitutional rights who run these deemed universities and colleges.
Students, who appeared in the first level of NEET (National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test) exam, have a good chance with this order of SC (Supreme Court). After this, many students, who appeared in the first level, completed their application form and many students again get busy in preparation for the examination.
