Students of Guntur shine in JEE Mains results which were released on 27-April-2016. Thousands of students secured 290+ marks out of 360. Few students secured state and national level ranks in the results. Following is the list of toppers from Guntur district.
- M.Prasanth Reddy secured 335/360 marks. He secured 3 rd rank at the National level. His father is a daily wage worker and he was completely from rural background. He did his schooling at a government school and secured 10/10 Grade points. He secured 987/100 marks in intermediate.
- Ch.Rahul secured 318/360 marks. His father is Crime Branch DSP of Guntur district. He secured state first in Intermediate. He said that, “It is because of the motivation and support given by my parents, I have secured this result”.
- Hari Prasad secured 303/360 marks. His father is a teacher at a government school. He secured 983/100 marks in Intermediate and stood as district 3 rd . He wants to choose CSE group and concentrate on Robotics Technology.
- Sushanth secured 311/360 marks. His father is a daily wage worker at KCP Industries. He scored 975 marks in intermediate.
A total number of 40 students selected for JEE Mains and out of them 4 students of Guntur have secured good score. Out of those 4 students one secured 3 rd rank at National level.
