The 2 nd year UG students of Narayana Memorial Degree College, Kancikacherla, Krishna District, secured excellent results in the UG 2 nd year. Results were released by the Krishna University. The college management conducted a press meet to congratulate the students. Secretary of the college, Mrs. Santhi Sri gave an analysis of the results.
She said, “An overall pass percentage of 89 have been recorded in the UG 2 nd year results. Every department of the college secured excellent results. The college has been securing excellent results in UG every year. An overall pass percentage of 91 have been recorded in UG 3rs year results which were released last month. The students of the college participated in various competitions and brought laurels to the college. a total number of 102 students secured jobs in the campus placements conducted in the year 2015-2016”.
Analysis of the results (Department wise):-
- An overall pass percentage of 100 have been recorded in B.Sc. (MPC)
- AN overall pass percentage of 99 have been recorded in B.Sc. (Computers)
- The department of Physics secured an overall pass percentage of 99.
- The commerce department secured an overall pass percentage of 87.
Toppers of the college:-
- M. Sri Lekha of B.Com General secured 87% and stood as the topper of the college. She secured 435/500 marks.
- N. Gopi Krishna secured 86% and stood in the second place. He secured 430/500 marks.
