Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP) conducted its 7th convocation on Sunday. The college administration recently had declared that the college has achieved 100% placement in the last session. Campus drives have been conducted by the firms of high repute for the 2013-2015 students.
The students of CIMP were Dressed in formals and displayed confidence while receiving their degrees. The students beamed with enthusiasm while talking about now, their alma-mater, Chandragupt Institute of Management. The students have been placed in a package of 12 Lak per annum in the companies like Tata Advance Systems Limited. The students said that they went for CIMP after clearing the CAT because of the set of experienced faculty members and the extraordinary infrastructure.
The principal secretary of the Education department, Mr. G.S Gangwar said that the students should always be trying to become the change-makers & should also endeavour to make their surroundings environment better on a regular basis.
Presenting the director's report, the Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna director Mr. V. Mukunda Das also summarized about the annual achievements of the B-School apart from the complete progress report. The director also said apart from providing the students with management education, the college has also conducted the management development programmes for the officials of the Bihar Police Academy (BPA) , Kilkari Bihar Bal Bhavan, Bihar State Milk Co-Operative Federation Ltd. and the Jeevika scheme and more.
The Jeevika scheme has been initiated by the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society, an independent organisation set up by the Bihar state.
