The authority of Lady Willingdon Education Development Institute announced the counselling schedule for the admissions to B.Ed course in the various colleges across the state. The second allotment is scheduled to commence from September 15, 2016 . The admission process concludes on September 16, 2016.

The first allotment was concluded on August 30, 2016 . A total number of 1,314 seats have been filled out of 1,777 seats. The counselling was conducted separately for Tamil, English, Mathematics and Science and so forth. The admission letters were issued immediately after the verification of certificates.

Currently, 463 seats are vacant for which the second phase of counselling will be conducted. The cut-off marks for the second allotment will be announced on September 9, 2016.
