T. A. Pai Management Institute - TAPMI has launched a full-time PGDM Programme in Marketing and Sales Management (PGDM-MSM). The institute will soon apply for AICTE approval for PGDM-MSM course.
The TAPMI PGDM-MSM programme will target Sales and Marketing professionals. The programme will bridge the gap between the demand and supply. The curriculum of the programme is designed as per the industry trends and keeping in mind the growing demand for well-trained sales professionals across the country.
The students will be imparted knowledge and skills about various domains such as FMCG, Technology, B2B and Services. The course will also focus on students' interpersonal and technical skills which will increase the employability of the students and will help them acquire senior strategic positions in Sales.
TAPMI Director, Professor Madhu Veeraraghavan said that the main driving force of the business is Sales. The PGDM Programme in Marketing and Sales Management will focus on imparting such skills to students so that they can create and manage innovative channel business models.

Prof. Gururaj Kidiyoor, Program Chairperson, expressed his happiness about the programme. He said that the institute will work closely with industry to keep the students updated with the skills and to make it a practice oriented course.
Professor Aditya Jadhav, Admissions Chair, also expressed his views regarding the PGDP-MSM programme at TAPMI. He said that the programme is very well designed to impart relevant skills sets. The second year of the PGDP-MSM will primarily focus on the sectors where the students want to build their career.

The application process for TAPMI PGDP-MSM has already started and will continue till 18th January 2019. Students can apply for the same in online mode.
