TBJEE 2018 Notification Released

Tripura Board has announced that TBJEE (Tripura Board Joint Entrance Exam) 2018 will take place on April 25 & 26, 2018. TBJEE is a basic entrance examination conducted by Tripura Board for the admission to UG engineering courses. TBJEE 2018 will be conducted in offline mode in the morning and after sessions.

The officials of TBJEE confirmed that the candidates who wish to join engineering courses would have to appear for Group A examination. The subjects that will be covered under Group A exam are Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. The examination in Physics and Chemistry will take place on April 25, 2018, while the examination in Mathematics will be conducted on April 26, 2018.

Similarly, the candidates who wish to join Veterinary and Agriculture Science courses will have to appear for Group B examination. The subjects that will be covered under Group B exam are Biology, Physics and Mathematics.

On the other hand, the candidates who wish to seek admission in Engineering/ Agriculture Science/ Veterinary Science will have to appear for Group C exam.

Eligibility Norms for TBJEE 2018 Exam: -

• Applicants must be a permanent resident of Tripura and either the candidate or his/her parent must have been living in Tripura for not less than 10 years.
• Candidates who have passed/ appeared/ yet to appear for Class 12 exams can register for TBJEE 2018.
• Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Education in Tripura are eligible to register for TBJEE 2018 exam.

TBJEE 2018 Application Process: -

• There is no online application process for TBJEE 2018 exam.
• The candidates can obtain the application form directly from TBJEE Head Office by payment of Rs. 100.
• The candidates must note that Rs. 100 is just an application fee. The candidates must pay a separate fee for the entrance exam.
• The candidates can also download the TBJEE 2018 application form from the official website of TBJEE. These candidates will have to pay Rs. 100 while submitting the filled-in application.
• The candidates must attest all the important documents to the application form.
• The list of enclosures is printed on the application form.
• The candidates can also obtain the application form by post by sending a postal order of Rs. 100 to Tripura Board.

Payment of Examination Fee: -

• The TBJEE 2018 examination fee will have to be paid in online mode.
• The link for paying the fee will be activated on the official website.
• After paying the fee, the candidates must download and take the printout of fee receipt.
• The fee receipt must be affixed to the application form.
