The Government of Telangana will provide free NEET coaching to intermediate students in government junior colleges across the state. The coaching classes will be conducted for 45 days and the classes will begin from March 19, 2018. According to sources, the state government will also conduct online NEET mock tests to students from April 20 to April 30, 2018, to make students aware about the pattern of online exam and nature of questions.

Deputy Education Minister of Telangana, Mr. Kadiyam Srihari revealed that the state government would provide free NEET coaching to 100 bright students in each district. There are 31 districts in Telangana, and over 3,000 students will be selected for the coaching programme. It is the responsibility of the management of government junior colleges in each district to recommend the names of bright and economically backward Bi.P.C students who are interested in appearing for NEET exam .

The coaching classes will be conducted in Adarsh Schools (Adarsh Patashaalas) located in each district. Free accommodation and food will be provided to the selected students.
Among the 100 students from each district, 50 students should be boys and 50 should be girls. NEET study material will also be provided to the students.
Similarly, the state government will also provide 40-day NEET intensive training to intermediate students of Telangana Residential Junior Colleges (TRJCs). Over 180 students will be selected for the free coaching programme, and the classes will be conducted from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM with multiple breaks in between. The intensive training classes will begin from March 19 and will continue until April 27, 2018.
This year, NEET-UG will be conducted on May 06, 2018. NEET Application Process has begun, and students can apply by March 09, 2018.
The Intermediate Board Exams in Telangana began on February 28, 2018.
