The official date for the declaration of seat allotment results is not yet been announced by the authorities. However, based on the past years' trends, it is expected that it will release anytime in the third week of August 2023. The seat allotment list will consist of names of chosen participants who have been allotted seats. Admission seekers who registered for Telangana NEET PG Counseling 2023 will be given admission to their preferred colleges depending on their qualifying entrance exam marks, preferences filled, and state merit rank.

Candidates who will accept the seat offered in phase 1 have to pay the seat acceptance fee by using an online payment method. and report to the allotted college by downloading the Telangana NEET PG Seat Allotment Letter through the official website to confirm their admissions. Those who are still in search of finding better colleges can decline the offered seat and participate in the subsequent rounds.
Admission seekers must also note that if they have been allotted seats as per their choice and they do not join the course at the allotted institute, in such cases their admission will be automatically cancelled. Furthermore, they will not be eligible for exercising online options for further rounds of Telangana NEET PG counselling 2023 to prevent seat blocking. The conducting authority will conduct the final verification of original certificates at the allotted college. If any discrepancy in the certificates of candidates is found, then their provisional Telangana NEET PG Seat Allotment will be cancelled and action will be taken as per University Regulations.
