The Government of Telangana is going to conduct a state level cultural competitions named as 'Telangana Got Talent' for the college students from September 10 to September 26, 2016 . The IT Minister of Telangana, Mr. K Rama Rao has launched the online portal for this purpose on September 5, 2016. He released the logo and posters of the competition.
Addressing the media, he said that the education is not only confined to classroom teaching. Education must also focus on bringing out the hidden talents of the students. ‘Telangana Got Talent’ is the biggest talent hunt contest where students from 180 colleges across the state will participate in the event and showcase their dancing, singing and various cultural skills.

The talent hunt contest will be conducted in different colleges from September 10 to September 26, 2016. The winners of talent hunt will be qualified for finals which will be held in Hyderabad.
The students from various degree and engineering colleges across the state can take part in this competition. The college managements have to register the names of the interested students in the online portal. The entry fee for each participant is Rs. 100. The organisers of the competition will visit the colleges accordingly from September 10 to September 26, 2016. The organisers will conduct district level competitions, and the winners will be qualified for state level competition.
