The students have demanded that traditional teaching methods must resume once the lockdown is over at least for a few weeks. All the Universities are currently practising online teaching methods.

Tamilisai Soundarajan, Governor and Chancellor of Osmania University (OU) received an email from some engineering students of a college affiliated to OU demanding the university to conduct offline classes for a minimum duration of 20 days after the lockdown is lifted and before the conduct of any exam.

Conduct of online classes has not been smooth going either with many cases of poor internet connectivity, external disturbances etc being reported.
