Shivaji University celebrated 'National Science Day' in the presence of Vice Chancellor Dr. Devanand Shinde. The event promoted the 'Make in India' concept of technology and science with the help of posters and models. The main attraction was the 'make in India' logo created by the students of the computer department.
The exhibition consisted of 'Make in India', 'Digital India', 'Clean India', 'Scheel India', 'start up India'. Smart City, Smart Village, digital models of human life and other subjects. KIT College of Engineering came up with the concept of mono-wheel scooter. 'Pink Vegan' cycle was also developed.
Students of Shivaji University of Technology demonstrated solar cooker handy device. Furthermore, food technology department devloped healthy cereals, noodles and other food items.
