TIFR Ph.D. Admissions: Eligibility and List of Test Centres

The Graduate School of Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) has recently announced admission to its Ph.D. & Integrated M.Sc-Ph.D. programmes for the academic session 2018. The admission process involves an entrance exam that will be conducted on December 10, 2017. October 10, 2017, is the deadline for the aspiring candidates to register for the entrance exam. Eligible candidates must visit the official website to register for the entrance exam.

• Science Education
• Computer and Systems Sciences

Integrated M.Sc-Ph.D. Programmes at TIFR:

• Biology
• Physics
• Chemistry
• Mathematics

Eligibility Norms for the Admission to Ph.D. Programme: -

• M.Sc/ M.Tech/ B.Tech/ B.E or any other relevant degree is mandatory to be eligible for admission.
• However, the education qualification varies for each of the disciplines.
• Therefore, the candidates must check the eligibility norms for various disciplines on the official website of TIFR.

Eligibility Norms for the Admission to M.Sc-Ph.D. Programme: -

• B.Pharmacy/ B.Sc/ B.S degree is mandatory for the admission to Integrated M.Sc-Ph.D. programme.
• The other eligibility norms are same as mentioned above.
