Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) will accept the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2022 scores for undergraduate admission. Eight deemed to be universities including TISS will be accepting scores of CUET for UG programmes.
The registration process for CUET for central universities along with deemed, state, private, and others has commenced from April 6, 2022, onward. Interested students must visit the official website (cuet.samarth.edu.in.) and start applying. Candidates must register until May 6 (11.50 pm). CUET exam is likely to be held in two slots in the first week of July 2022. Slot 1 will be of 195 minutes and slot 2 will be of 225 minutes.

CUET 2022 Registration: How to Apply?
Candidates must follow the steps mentioned below while filling up the registration form for CUET 2022.
- Step 1: Visit the official CUET website.
- Step 2: Click on the ‘CUET Registration 2022’ Link.
- Step 3: Enter the required details and submit the application.
- Step 4: Login using your credentials i.e, User ID and Password which will be generated after registration.
- Step 5: Upload the documents
- Step 6: Submit and take a printout of the form.

According to reports, NTA is likely to hold the CUET exam 2022 twice from the next academic year. UGC chairman while talking about the 8 universities that have come together to use CUET scores said, "They have also given some useful suggestions. This is an opportunity for all universities to adopt CUET and relieve the students from the stress of getting either very high Class 12 board scores or writing multiple entrance tests."
The other six Universities besides TISS and Jamia Hamdard that showed interest in using CUET scores for UG admission include Gandhigram, Avinashilingam Institute of Home Sciences, Coimbatore, Dindigul Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra, Gurukul Kangri, Gandhigram Rural Institute, Haridwar, Ramakrishna Vivekananda Educational Research Institute, Kolkata and Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahmedabad.
