TISSNET Mock Test 2023 Released: Check link, steps to practice and marking scheme

As TISNEET 2023 is being conducted in computer-based format for the first time, TISS has activated the link for TISSNET Mock Test 2023 so that the candidates get an awareness of the CBT pattern.

TISSNET Mock Test 2023: For admissions to the Master's Programme at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), aspirants will have to appear for the TISSNET 2023 exam scheduled from January 28 to February 28, 2023. As the entrance exam is being conducted in the Computer-based format for the first time, TISS has launched the TISSNET Mock Test 2023 as a reference for the aspirants to make themselves acquainted with the CBT pattern.

Steps to Practice TISSNET Mock Test 2023

Follow these steps to access the TISSNET Mock Test 2023: -

Click on the direct link available above or visit the official website at admissions.tiss.edu.
Navigate to the PG Programmes tab and scroll down to the TISSNET tab.
On the top of the screen, find the “TISSNET Mock Test 2023” link and click on it.
Click on the “Sign In” button and click on the “Next” tab then crosscheck the box at the bottom and proceed to attempt the mock test.

Before candidates start with the mock test, here are some essential details to be noted regarding the TISSNET Mock Test 2023:

The mock test will be conducted for a maximum of 10 minutes only, and the time will be indicated on the top right corner of the screen.
After answering the question, candidates shall click on the “Save and Next” option to proceed to the next questions. If candidates wish to skip the question, they may click on the “Skip” button.
Candidates may also mark the questions for review, and if not saved, they will not be considered for evaluation.
Candidates may also clear the answers they have answered if they are unsure through the “Clear Response” tab.
On the top left corner of the screen, the sections will be shown, from where candidates may swiftly toggle from one section to another. There is no sectional limit for TISSNET 2023.

Further, a similar pattern will be followed at the main TISSNET 2023 Exam, so it is advisable to practice the mock test to be aware of how to access the screen.

TISSNET 2023 Marking Scheme

Here are the important points regarding the TISSNET 2023 Marking Scheme:

There will be a total of 100 questions in MCQ format.
Each question carries 1 mark for every correct answer.
No negative marking is allotted in TISSNET 2023.

TISSNET 2023 question paper will be divided into three sections: General Awareness, Mathematics and Logical Reasoning, and English Proficiency. So, here is the detailed marking scheme and the number of questions expected from each section:
