TNEA Round 4 Seat Allotment 2022: Seat Acceptance Process

Candidates may note that while the TNEA Round 4 Seat Allotment 2022 is released, candidates will have to complete the online seat confirmation process to proceed ahead. To complete the seat confirmation process, candidates shall visit the official website and login to the portal. Candidates will have the following options to choose from as per their preference:

Accept and Join

Candidates satisfied with the seat allotment may accept the seat allotted online and download the Seat Allotment Order and report to the allotted institute.

Accept and Upward

Candidates who are satisfied with the seat allotment, yet seek to move upward as per their preference, may choose the accept and upward option. In case of availability, they will be allotted seats to the colleges higher up on their preference list, if not, then they will be admitted to the institute.

Decline and Upward

Candidates who are not satisfied with the seat allotment may choose this option to decline the seat allotment and wait for the next round to be allotted seats on the higher level of the preference.

Decline and move to next round

Candidates may decline the allotment and opt to wait for the next round.

Decline and Quit

Those candidates who are not satisfied with the seat allotment and wish to quit the TNEA Counselling Process 2022, may opt for this option.

Upward or move to next round

Candidates who have not been allotted seats on the TNEA Round 4 Seat Allotment 2022 may choose this option to wait until the seat allotment releases seat as per their preference.

Further, candidates who opt for the Accept and Join option shall report to the Allotted Institute within the given period to confirm the seats. Also, candidates who opt for the Accept and Upward, shall report to the Facilitation Centre to confirm their seats, within the given period after the release of theTNEA Round 4 Seat Allotment 2022.
