The results of Telangana EAMCET Medicine examination were declared on 13-July-2016 at 5.00 PM . the results were published in the form of rank cards which includes state level rank, marks secured and the candidates name. The Telangana EAMCET 2 examination was held on 9-July-2016 across 95 examination centres of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Around 50,000 students took the examination. The examination was conducted across 4 centers of Andhra Pradesh. The minimum qualification marks for the unreserved category is 40 marks out of 160. There are no minimum qualification marks for reserved category.
The counselling will be conducted by JNTU, Hyderabad based on the merit list. There are 2,650 MBBS/BDS seats in Telangana out of which Government medical colleges consist of 850 seats and 1,800 seats belong to private medical colleges. The schedule for the counselling will be announced soon.
