Telangana State Council for Higher Education has released the official answer keys of Telangana EDCET (TS-EDCET) 2017 examination on July 19, 2017. All the candidates who appeared for the state-level B.Ed entrance examination, i.e., TS-EDCET 2017 can check the answer keys on the official website of TSCHE. The state-level B.Ed entrance examination took place on July 16, 2017, and the candidates who wish to raise the objections on answer key can submit their objection on or before July 22, 2017. The official website of TS-EDCET facilitates the candidates to raise objections. However, the candidates must pay a prescribed fee for raising objections.

Candidates who wish to file an objection must submit a valid explanation to the objected question or answer. TSCHE will declare TS-EDCET 2017 results on July 28, 2017, after sorting out the objections raised by the candidates (if any). So far, there is no clarity on the counselling schedule for the admission to B.Ed course.
TSCHE may declare counselling schedule for the admission to B.Ed course on or before July 31, 2017. The fee structure for B.Ed courses under convener quota will also be released soon. Private B.Ed colleges can fill up to 30% seats under management quota. Around 70% seats in private B.Ed colleges come under convenor quota. It is mandatory for the candidates to qualify or appear for TS-EDCET 2017 for seeking admission under management quota. However, these candidates must have 70% of marks in Bachelor’s degree.

Last year, TSCHE failed to conduct second phase counselling process due to a clash between new private B.Ed colleges and state government. Around 7,000 TS-EDCET 2016 qualifiers did not secure admission due to the cancellation of the second phase counselling process.
