For the results announcement, candidates must know the minimum marks required for each category to pass the examination and be eligible to appear for the counselling process. The minimum or cutoff marks required to be scored by the candidates for reserved and unreserved categories are different. TS ICET Qualifying Marks 2023
Applicants can check the minimum marks to qualify TS ICET 2023 for each reservation category as announced by Kakatiya University in the table shared below:

General (Unreserved) and Backward Categories (BC) | 25% of total marks or 50 marks out of 200 marks |
Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) | No qualifying marks specified by the conducting authorities |
It is important to note that instead of providing the minimum cutoff marks for the SC/ST categories, their admissions to any institute will be limited to their reserved number of seats. Admissions to seats other than these will consider SC/ST students under the general category and the qualifying marks or institute-wise cutoff will be applicable as per the general category rules only.

Another point to note is that scoring the minimum cutoff values does not guarantee admission to any institute. It only signifies the eligibility to participate in the counselling process. The actual cutoff for the institutes will be rank-based and will differ for each college.
