Candidates must check out the eligibility for the Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test (TS TET) before registering for the examination.
Only the registered candidates will be allowed to appear for the examination.
While registering, candidates need to pay the registration fee of Rs. 1000 for whichever paper they wish to apply online.
Applications will not be accepted after the registration deadline expires.
The examination will be conducted online in a computer-based mode.
The examination will be conducted in 11 districts.
TS TET Jan 2025 examination will be held in two papers. Paper 1 will be held between 9 AM to 11:30 AM, and Paper 2 between 2 to 4:30 PM.
Candidates who wish to become teachers for Classes I to V need to appear for Paper I, and those who wish to become teachers for Classes VI to VIII need to appear for Paper II examination.
The passing criteria for General community, BC, and SC/ ST/ Differently abled (PH) candidates are 60% and above, 50% and above, and 40% and above, respectively.
The weightage of the TET score will be 20% in the Teacher Recruitment Test.
