With an objective to focus on the comprehensive development of management students, Universal Business School, Mumbai is going to launch an integrated multi-sports programme in collaboration with EduSports. The specialty of the programme is that it will be executed and led by the students themselves.

The curriculum of the sports programme will focus on improving leadership and social skills among the students. The students can develop their fitness and health through this course. Currently, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore is running a course in Sports Management.
The main aim of Universal Business School is to reduce the stress that is usually induced in a corporate environment and make the students develop a healthy mindset which is only possible with fitness.
The course will also focus on Leadership Development which is based on Leading2Play designed by Dr. George Selleck, a reputed American Psychologist who is also a part of EduSports. The programme will give exposure to students in multiple sports such as Football, Cricket, Casket Ball, Rugby, Throwball, Aerobics and others. Through this programme, the students will develop leadership qualities such as leading a team and cooperating with each other while playing a game and inculcates competitive spirit.

One of the officials of Universal Business School revealed that the college has a 40-acre campus which is equipped with all kinds of facilities related to sports.
Nowadays, EduSports is playing a significant role in bringing fundamental changes in the education system with many Physical Education (PE) and sports programmes. These programmes are not only meant for colleges but also schools. The aim of EduSports is to train 1,000 students and tie up with 20 colleges in the next two years.
