UGC NET 2023 Exam Date Released: The University Grants Commission (UGC) has released the dates for the National Eligibility Test December and June cycles. Candidates looking forward to the exam can check the dates here. As per the UGC NET 2023 Exam Date released, the December cycle is all set to be conducted from February 21 to March 10. The application process for the same was closed on January 23, 2023. The UGC NET 2023 Admit Card for December will be released soon on the official website – ugcnet.nta.nc.in.

The National Testing Agency conducts the UGC NET exam twice a year. While the first cycle (December) is scheduled in February, the second cycle i.e. the June cycle will be held from June 13 to June 22, 2023. Aspirants can check the details below:

UGC NET 2023 Exam Pattern

According to the latest UGC NET 2023 Exam Patter for the December cycle, the test will be conducted online i.e. in CBT mode for two papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2. Candidates will need to attempt a total of 150 questions combining both papers in a duration of 3 hours. It is to be noted that all the questions asked in the exam will objective in nature. Each question will have multiple options for an answer, of which the candidate has to pick the correct one. No negative marking is applicable for the UGC NET 2023 exam. With only a month left for the December cycle, aspirants must go through the UGC NET 2023 Syllabus to ace their preparation.
