Click on the ‘Answer Key Challenge’ link on the homepage
Login with your Application No. and Password or Date of Birth
Click on the link saying ‘View Question Paper’ to open all the marked responses
Download the response sheet PDF and save it for later use
How to Submit Objections Against UGC NET Answer Key 2023
Upon comparing the UGC NET Answer Key with the response sheet, if candidates are not satisfied, they can challenge the answer key by paying a nominal fee of INR 200/- for each question. A panel of subject matter experts will verify the claims made by candidates and rectify the same (if required) before publishing the final answer keys. The exam result will be prepared based on the revised UGC NET Final Answer Key 2023.
The steps to submit objections against particular UGC NET Answer Key 2023 are as follows:
Visit the NTA official website – www.ugcnet.nta.nic.in
Click on the ‘UGC NET Answer Key Challenge’ link
Login with your Application Number and Date of Birth or Password
Click on the ‘View Question Paper’ link to check marked responses and the ‘View/Challenge Answer Key’ link to view or challenge the provisional answer keys.
The Question IDs will be displayed in sequential order
Under the ‘Correct Option(s)’ column, the ID next to the question represents the correct answer key to be used by NTA. The ‘Dropped Questions’ in the highlighted portion are not for challenge.
Challenge this option by using any of the Option IDs given in the next four columns
Click on the preferred option and hit the button saying ‘Save Your Claims’ to proceed to the next page.
All the Option IDs challenged will be displayed on the screen
Upload documents to support their claims and proceed further to make the payment
Select the ‘Pay Fee’ option and make a payment of NR 200/- for each question you wish to challenge

The processing fee of INR 200/- can be paid via Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI/Net Banking. Objections received after the closing date or without receipt of the processing fee shall be entertained by the authorities.
