UGC NET Result 2022 Not Releasing This Week – Check the Reason and Expected Date Here

UGC NET Result 2022: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has delayed the release of the UGC NET result 2022, which was expected to be out this week. The revised dates will soon be announced by the authorities. Once released, candidates will be able to check their results online at ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

UGC NET Result 2022 – Expected Release Date

NTA Chief, Vineet Joshi, in a recent press release stated that the result of the UGC NET December 2021 and June 2022 (merged cycle) will not be released this week as was expected since the authorities are still looking into the objections raised by test-takers. Candidates will be notified of the new dates soon on the official website of UGC NET.

The NTA UGC National Eligibility Test 2022 was conducted in four phases. The first one was held between July 9 & 12, the second one between September 20 & 23, the third phase took place between September 29 & October 4, and the final phase was conducted between October 8 & 14.

UGC NET 2022 Final Answer Keys

The National Testing Agency is also expected to release the final UGC NET answer key 2022 . The provisional answer key for the first three phases was recently published on October 18 & 21. The UGC NET result 2022 will be based on the final answer keys as candidates will not have the opportunity to raise objections any further.

Candidates are reminded that the UGC NET exam is conducted by the NTA twice every year. However, due to the postponement of the December 2021 exam in view of Covid-19, the June 2022 exam schedule was also delayed. Keeping this in mind and to regularize the examination cycles, the National Testing Agency merged both the cycles – UGC NET December 2021 and June 2022 – so that they may be conducted in Computer-Based Test mode.
