UGC NET Result December 2023 (Image Credits: Pexels)UGC NET Result Dec 2023: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) December 2023 result on January 10, 2024 . The agency will share the link to access the results on its portal - ugcnet.nta.ac.in . The candidates who appeared on any of the exam days from December 6 to 14, 2023 will be able to check their results by using their credentials i.e. UGC NET roll number and passwords once the results are released.
NTA conducts the UGC NET examination twice a year to determine the eligibility for Assistant Professors and Junior Research Fellowship in the central universities of the country.

As per the official schedule and previous years' trends, NTA will share the scorecards on January 10, 2024, at around 4 in the evening. Once the results are out, the candidates will be able to apply for the Eligibility Certificate if they have qualified in the examination. Applicants of different categories will have to score different marks as per the UGC NET December 2023 cutoff.

What After UGC NET Result December 2023?
Once the results are out, the students will have to first download the scorecards from the official website. Next, the agency will activate the link to download the eligibility certificates for qualified candidates. These certificates will be required to apply for various Assistant Professor Recruitments in the central universities. Qualified applicants will also be able to apply for Junior Research Fellowships in the universities. However, UGC NET 2023 eligibility certificate will not ensure any employment opportunities by the government of India. It only indicates that the candidates are now eligible to apply for the posts.
