Why Canada and UK are popular?
These two countries have become popular due to the immigration policies in Canada and the developments in the UK immigration policies following Brexit. The open immigration policy in Canada has led to a lot of Indians looking at Canada as an alternative option. Even job seekers from Latin countries are looking at Canada due to this reason.

The visa programmes such as Express Entry and Global Skills are also responsible for opening avenues to foreign skilled workers. The global trends which affect the political developments also pose a challenge to the workforce but at the same time, they have also led to more employment opportunities.
The growth in such policies will meet the expectations of the Indian youth by offering work opportunities in other nations. The UK also has the potential to keep its position intact as a global technology and banking magnet post Brexit. The only thing is that its migration policy should be flexible enough to accommodate an internationally mobile workforce.
