The University of Gour Banga (UGB) has rescheduled the examination date of its Part-III Examination of B.A, B. Sc and B. Com undergraduate courses of all General and Honours streams of March 7th, 2016 (Monday) to March 14th, 2016 (Monday)
It is due the declaration of a holiday by West Bengal Government on those days.Paper - VII of Bengali, English, Arabic, Hindi, Sanskrit, Education, History, Philosophy, Political Science, Mathematics, Economics, Sociology and Journalism & Mass Communication, Paper - VIII of Zoology, Paper - IX of Physics, Chemistry and Botany, Paper - X ( Direct & Indirect Taxes in India) of Commerce, Paper - XI of Geography will be held on March 14th, 2016.Moreover, instead of different shifts, all the papers will be held on the said date from 11.00 A.M.- 3 P.M.
Only Paper -XI of Geography will be held from 11.00 A.M.- 1.00 P.M. as the practical examination of the subject has already been held at the respective colleges. The University authority have also said that all other examinations schedule will remain the same. Candidates are directed to carefully go through the rescheduled routine of the examinations to be held.
