Arts & Science College of Madras University has invited the applications for the academic year 2019-20 via the web portal of the college. The college has launched its prospectus which has all the details of the courses and fee structure.
The Arts and Science College was established as a ‘University Constituent College’ of the University of Madras in 2012. The college offers B.A., B.Com and BCA courses for undergraduate Science, arts and commerce streams. Aspirants who want to study in the Arts and Science College of Madras University must fill up the application form online for 2019 admissions for the college under the University of Madras.
The Arts and Science College of Madras University has uploaded the prospectus on their website recently and opened the admission portal for inviting applications on 22nd April 2019. The admission application accepting process of Arts & Science College of Madras University is set to continue till 2rd May 2019. The college has mentioned in the prospectus that the aim of the institution is to provide higher education opportunities for the socially backward classes and the wards of fishermen. It is expected that the socially backward students will have a higher chance of admissions in the university college as they have been given priority.

The applications are for admissions in the two campuses of the constituency college at the University of Madras. Aspirants have to visit the official website of Madras University where ‘University Constituent College - Admissions 2019-20’ is highlighted. Clicking on the highlighted link will open the admission portal where students can select any one between Nemmeli and Thiruvottiyur campuses for admissions. The application process involves uploading the scanned copies of previous results and passing certificates.
