UoH Placements - MCA student of the University of Hyderabad (UoH) , Nandini Soni has been offered a lucrative job by Adobe Systems with annual pay of Rs. 43 Lakh. Placement Guidance and Advisory Bureau of UoH organized the campus placement process, and Adobe Systems participated in the same. A total number of four girl students shortlisted for the final round of selection and Nandini Soni has been selected in the final round.
Adobe Systems exclusively conducted the placement process for female students under their programme ‘Empowering Women @She Codes’. Rs. 43 Lakh per annum is the highest package in the history of UoH placements till date.
Nandini Soni completed her schooling from Atomic Central School (Maharashtra) and BCA from St. Xavier’s - Ahmedabad. She planned to choose engineering stream for higher studies after 12 th , and she had to drop the idea as she realized that she could not do well in this stream. Therefore, she opted IT course after 12 th , i.e., BCA.

Nandini Soni’s team won Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2019. The SIH 2019 helped her to learn teamwork techniques and real-life application development. Her aim is to become a proficient software developer. She also started a community with the help of her peers at the School of Computer Sciences and Information Technology - UoH. The community aims to build projects and have discussions on various subjects related to computer science and IT.
In 2016, one of the MCA students of UoH bagged Rs. 40 lakh package per annum from a Japan-based company.
