Only aspirants who have secured a rank in the merit list will be eligible to participate in the counselling. Candidates appearing looking to get admission into the B.Ed course in Uttar Pradesh need to submit the application before September 21, 2023. The UP B.Ed counselling 2023 process involves four phases which are mentioned below.
- Main Counselling (Round 1): Phases 1, 2, and 3
- Pool Counselling (Round 2)
- Direct Admission (Round 3)
- Direct Admission on minority seats (Round 4)

UP B.Ed Round 1 Counselling 2023: Important Instructions

- The conducting body has divided the phases of counselling based on the state rank of candidates. Note, that only those falling within the state rank range can participate in that particular phase of counselling.
- Candidates can register for the main counselling using their login ID details. In case you forget the credentials, you can regenerate it through a direct link available on the official website.
- After successful registration, aspirants have to pay Rs 5750/- (Rs 750/- as counselling fee and Rs 5000/- as advance college fee) via online mode.
- The advance college fee will be refunded to the candidate’s account if they are not allotted a seat in any phase. Moreover, if they don't confirm the allotted seat the advance college fee will be refunded.
- Note, that if the advance college fee is more than the allotted college fee, then the excess amount will be refunded.
