UP NEET PG Counselling 2022 choice filling postponed, new dates soon

UP NEET PG Counselling 2022: The choice filling activity, which was to commence on September 29, has been postponed until further order and a notice stating the same has been uploaded on its official website, upneet.gov.in. However, the reason for the postponement has not yet been conveyed. The link for choice filling is available on the website but it reads, “ Online Choice Submission for UP NEET PG 2022 is Closed .”

With the postponement of choice filling, all further counselling activities will be delayed as well, including seat allotment and admission. It is likely that due to the grievances registered by the candidates against the merit list, which was released on September 28. It may also be due to the extended timeline for centralized MCC NEET PG counselling, with choice filling concluding on September 30 (instead of September 25) and the admissions for round 1 closing on October 10. Earlier, the choice filling for UP NEET Counselling 2022 was to be conducted from September 29 to October 2 while the seat allotment list was to be published tentatively on October 3/4. The counselling is now indefinitely postponed and a revised schedule will be published on UP NEET PG official website, upneet.gov.in , and also on dgme.up.gov.in.

It is to be noted that no new window for registrations will be opened. Currently registered candidates will be able to fill out their institute preferences once the choice filling link gets activated. Based on the merit list ranks and preferences of the candidates, seat allotments will be made.
