UP NEET UG Merit List Release Date 2024

UP NEET UG Merit List Release Date 2024: The Directorate of Medical Education, Uttar Pradesh will release UP NEET UG 2024 merit list on August 24, 2024 in online mode. Once released, the candidates should visit the official website to get access to the direct link for downloading the UP NEET UG merit list. The authority will release UP NEET UG merit list in the form of a PDF. The names of the candidates who are eligible for choice filling and allotment will be provided in the merit list. Apart from the names of the qualified candidates, the roll number, date of birth, parent’s details, nationality, and their category will be provided UP NEET UG merit list.

After downloading the merit list, the candidates are advised to type Ctrl+F to search for their names in the UP NEET UP merit list. After that, the qualified candidates should enter the choices as per their preferences from August 24, 2024 (5 PM) to August 29, 2024 (11 AM). Based on that and also on their merit, the authority will release the UP NEET UG seat allotment result on August 30, 2024 , on the official website.

UP NEET UG Merit List 2024: How to Break Tie?

If two or more candidates get equal scores in the NEET UG 2024 exam, then a tie-breaking policy will be followed to break the tie.

• The candidates who got higher marks in Biology will be assigned a higher rank on the merit list.

• If the tie still persists, then the candidates who got higher marks in Chemistry will be assigned a higher rank.

• If the tie persists, then the candidates who attempted fewer wrong responses will get a higher rank.

• Lastly, if the tie is still there, then the candidates with older age will get a higher rank.
