The main stage of UP Judicial Service Civil Judges (Junior Division) Exam - 2018, which is also known as PCS(J) or Provincial Civil Service (Judicial) also, has reported the success of 1,857 candidates. The PCS(J) Examination is conducted by Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission and is considered one of the most important state-level qualifying examination in Uttar Pradesh.
The success report of PCS(J) Junior Division Examination 2018 was announced on Thursday. The final results and the interview session dates are likely to be announced by the last week of July.
The candidates of the examination mentioned are competing to fill the total of 610 posts of Civil Judges in the district courts of the state. The result of the PCS(J) 2019 examination can be checked by logging into the official website of UPSSC.
The Prelims of the exams by UPPSC were conducted on 16th December 2018, and the number of successful candidates was 5,795 as per the results declared after 20 days on 6th January 2019. They were considered eligible for the mains examinations that were held in Lucknow and Allahabad from 30th January to 1st February.
The UPPSC Secretary, Mr. Jagdish said that the preparations of the results in the mains stage were affected by the scarcity of staffs and the absence of Examination controller. This is the reason why the results have been delayed by two weeks. The final results have been scheduled to be published in July.

After the LT Grade Assistant Teacher question paper leak scam on 30th May, this is the next big result which is being published by UPPSC. In the scam, the examination controller was arrested with alleged conniving with the owner of the printing press.
