The group also conducted mock interviews for 15 aspirants to prepare them for the Civils interview in Hyderabad. Reddy had also created the ‘Indian Telugu Civil Servants Association’. It is a group of Civil Servants from Andhra and Telangana who are working in different areas of India and abroad. This idea came up on November 9, 2006, and it was suggested by the Telugu Civil Servants of 80th Foundation Course at LABASNAA, Mussoorie. They make use of the web-based Google group known as ‘ITCSA’ as the main platform for engaging with members.
