Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released E-Summon of personality test for Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF - Assistant Commandants) 2016 examination. The candidates who are eligible to attend a Personal Interview or Personality Test have to download the e-summons from the website of UPSC. The personality test will be held on January 9, 2017.

Union Public Service Commission conducted a written examination on June 26, 2016, for the recruitment of the candidates to:
- Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB)
- Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP)
- Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF)
- Border Security Force (BSF)
All the positions mentioned above come under Assistant Commands (Group – A). The candidates who have qualified in written. Physical and medical tests are eligible to appear for personality test. The entire personal interview or personality test carries 150 marks. A separate merit list will be prepared as per the candidates’ performance in personality test or personal interview.

The eligible candidates who are going to attend the interview must bring all the necessary documents for the verification along with passport size photographs. The candidates who fail to bring the required documents will not be called for interview.
The candidates can follow the below-mentioned procedure for downloading e-summon for CAPF Personal Interview or Personality Test:
- E-summons are available for the download only on UPSC website
- Hence, the eligible candidates have to visit the official site
- The candidates will find a tab stating ‘What’s new’
- Under the link, there is a separate link indicating ‘e-summon CAPF 2016’
- For downloading e-summon, the candidates have to enter necessary details like roll number as well as enter the Captcha and click ‘Submit’
- The e-summon will be displayed in a new page
- Download and carry it for the personal interview.
