After that, the application form correction link will be activated from February 22 to February 28, during which candidates can correct the errors (if any) and make changes to the form. Applicants must follow the steps mentioned below to apply for UPSC IAS 2023 exam before the last date:
Visit the UPSC official website – www.upsc.gov.in
Look for the ‘Exam Notification: Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2023’ link under the ‘What’s New’ section on the homepage
Click on the ‘UPSC IAS Application Form 2023’ link to open the registration page
Register with your basic details and create a user ID for future login
Now, use your user credentials to sign in successfully and fill out the application form
Next, pay the application fee
Upload the relevant documents and images in the prescribed format and continue to the next page
Choose the UPSC CSE 2023 exam centre
Verify all details and tick the ‘Self-declaration’ button before finally submitting the application form
Save and take a printout of the application form for future reference
Candidates must ensure to submit the form within the UPSC online application 2023 dates as announced by the Union Public Service Commission. Once the application link is closed, no new registrations will be entertained.
