The Union Public Service Commission-UPSC which is responsible to conduct the civil services exams in the country is open to suggestions for improvement in its recruitment and selection process . Chairman Arvind Saxena was addressing an event in Delhi to mark the 93rd Foundation Day on 1st October 2019 and informed that UPSC is open for feedback and suggestions to improve the evaluation process.
According to the reports, UPSC Chairman talked about the achievements and initiatives taken by the panel to improve its critical areas such as conduction of the exam, recruitment, and evaluation through interviews. The suggestions from the public and experts will help in the overall improvement of the exam.
While addressing the audience he emphasized the diverse professional backgrounds and the wisdom which the members bring to the commission.

Union Public Service Commission-UPSC organised civil services examinations annually in three stages. The three stages of UPSC examination are preliminary, mains and interview. It is conducted to select the officers for the Indian Administrative Services (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS) among others.
