UPTAC UP B.Tech Choice Filling Date 2023UPTAC UP B.Tech Choice Filling Date 2023 : The Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling has commenced UPTAC UP B.Tech 2023 Round 1 counselling at uptac.admissions.nic.in . The registration, fee payment, and document verification for the same have been concluded, and the Committee is now set to begin with the choice filling and locking process for JEE Main qualified candidates on September 15, 2023 . As per the timetable published by the conducting authority, Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), registered candidates need to fill in and lock their college and course preferences by September 17, 2023 . If any registered applicant fails to fill in the college choices within the timeline specified, their registration for the counselling process will be cancelled. Based on the choices filled and locked, the authorities will publish the seat allotment result for Round 1 on September 18, 2023.

The choice filling is a mandatory step to be completed before each round of counselling. If a candidate does not submit his/her option choices, then he/she will be summarily disqualified from the seat allocation process. There will be a total of six counselling rounds of which four rounds will be regular rounds. In Round 5, only internal sliding within the allotted institute will be allowed while Round 6 will only be conducted if there are vacant seats left. It will be a special round wherein the interested candidates will have to re-register themselves to participate.
