Radhi Kateera , a first year B.Tech Computer Science student of Vignan Lara Institute of Technology secured 97.3% in the B.Tech first results released by JNTU, Kakinada. She stood as the topper of the district by securing the highest percentage.
The college management conducted a press meet to give an analysis of results and congratulate Rathi Kateera. College principal Dr.K.Phaneendra Kumar said, “The College has secured an overall pass percentage of 84 in the first year B.Tech results. It is all because of the dedicated hard work and efforts of college faculty and students. The college has been consistently performing well academically for the past 5 years. It’s really proud to tell that a student of Vignan stood district first among all the colleges in Guntur District”. He appreciated the students for her sincere efforts in securing a good percentage. He also said that “all the departments have secured an overall pass percentage of 80. More than 6 students secured above 90%”.
Rathi Kateera said, “The College has an excellent library which has driven her to get this percentage. I used to refer subject and its related books in the leisure times. The department faculty has motivated me well and always supported me”.
