Vijayawada Records 80% Placements

The amazing news is that the Placement percentage has considerably increased in Vijayawada.

There are few colleges in Vijayawada which recorded more than 80% of Placements. This is highest compared to the other districts in Andhra Pradesh.

P B Siddhartha College of Arts and Science recorded 85% placement percentage during the academic year 2015-2016. 145 B.Sc students out of 350 got placed in various companies at a salary of Rs.2,00,000 Per Annum. The college has a separate JKC Centre(Jawahar Knowledge Centre) which provide training for the students to face the interviews.

Andhra Loyola College also recorded 87% of placements in the academic year 2015-2016. 400 B.Sc/B.Students out of 750 students got placed in various companies at a salary ranging from Rs.1,50,000 to 2,00,000/annum.

Modern Academy also recorded 80% of placements. Around 45 students of B.com out of 100 got placed in various companies at a salary ranging from Rs.1,00,000 to Rs.1,50,000/annum.

The following are the major companies which recruited candidates from the 20 colleges in and around Vijayawada;

• First Source
• Accenture Global Solutions
• Wipro
• Infosys
• Institute of Language Management and many more.

Apart from the above-mentioned colleges, PVP Siddhartha , VR Siddhartha , MIC College, Dhanekula Institute, Potti Sriramulu College also recorded more than 80% of Placements
