VITEEE 2022 Scholarship Scheme details for AY 2022-23 admissions into VIT are provided below. VIT provides scholarships through VITEEE and for the toppers of central and state boards and for underprivileged students.
VITEEE 2022 Scholarship Scheme: The Vellore Institute of Technology provides various scholarship schemes for all four years of their degree based on its entrance examination, VITEEE, for the students who achieve ranks in it from 1 to 1000. Additionally, VIT also provides similar scholarships for the central and state board toppers. The scholarship is given out as a ‘Tuition Fee Waiver’ than as a monetary fund disbursed into the student’s bank account. This VIT Tuition Fee Waiver Scholarship is provided at 4 levels, from 100% to 25%, based on the qualification of the candidate. The details of the same are stated below.

VITEEE 2022 Scholarship Scheme: For Underprivileged Students
Aside from the scholarships mentioned above, VIT also provides scholarships to students from underprivileged backgrounds from the states of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. Top students from the rural government schools are shortlisted for it.
A scholarship programme called STARS, an acronym for Support the Advancement of Rural Students Scheme, has been introduced by the institute. Under STARS, VIT provides a 100% fee waiver for the aforementioned underprivileged students for their all academic, hostel, and basic medical expenses for all four years of their degree duration.
